I've been around real estate my entire life. You could say it runs in my blood. My mom has over 30 years experience in the mortgage industry and my dad is in construction and home remodeling. You may ask how this impacts you? Actually, a lot.

I have intuition when it comes to real estate and that's something that you won't find in a book. It's by being immersed in Louisville's real estate culture my entire life.
